We have nothing but great things to say about Dale! We got to our camp ground and quickly realized our furnace was not working in our fifth wheel. We were expecting very cold temperatures and needed to find help. We called Dale (on the morning of Thanksgiving Day) who was planning to not work but didn’t want us to be freezing or canceling our trip. He was timely, professional and above all kind. He tried to help us over the phone with troubleshooting a few things when that didn’t work, he arrived at our campsite within the hour.
