We have nothing but great things to say about Dale! We got to our camp ground and quickly realized our furnace was not working in our fifth wheel. We were expecting very cold temperatures and needed to find help. We called Dale (on the morning of Thanksgiving Day) who was planning to not work but didn’t want us to be freezing or canceling our trip. He was timely, professional and above all kind. He tried to help us over the phone with troubleshooting a few things when that didn’t work, he arrived at our campsite within the hour. He is knowledgeable and was able to get our furnace up and running. We are truly grateful for him and helping us especially on a holiday. Thank you again Mr. Dale! We have used Mountain Man RV Services for multiple repairs with our RV. Anything from a broken window, ignition switch gone bad and a remodel of the inside of our rv. They were wonderful to work with. Dale and Rebecca provided topnotch service, communicated timely with updates on progress or unforeseen delays of parts not arriving. We were travel thru Alabama/Georgia/Tennessee area on a nationwide trip. Our AC starting giving us issues and we found Dale. It was about 7pm on a Saturday. He called us back and directed us to an RV park close to him. We were afraid that since it was the weekend, we wouldn’t be able to get it fixed until the following week. The entire east coast was in a heatwave so AC was a must. They arrived in the morning to diagnosis the problem. We offered to go get the new AC unit and he returned that afternoon to replace it. They were absolutely delightful to work with. So nice and caring of our situation. They got us back on the road THAT day! Great people! On a side note, a couple days later they helped us with info needed to complete our Good Sam’s claim for reimbursement.

This is long overdue. We hired an RV and ended up stuck at Lookout Mountain with an RV that wouldn't retract the levelling legs. Mountain Men attended very late with amazing food humour. Parts were needed so they returned bang on time the next day. I'll forget Dale the awful jokes. However, there were several other issues with the RV that were documented or fixed. They dealt with the owners regarding invoicing and got us back on the road. Absolutely amazing service.
